1. Introduction

Ayris Global LLC (“Ayris Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a payment infrastructure and consulting company headquartered at 570 Lake Cook Rd, Deerfield, IL 60015, USA. We build testing, simulation, and payment products for banks, fintechs, and payment companies.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website at ayrisglobal.com (“the Site”). It applies to all visitors, regardless of location.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form. The information collected is:

  • Name — so we can address you properly in our response.
  • Email address — so we can reply to your inquiry.
  • Message content — so we can understand and respond to your inquiry.

That is all we collect. We do not require account creation, login credentials, phone numbers, company names, payment details, or any financial information through our website.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, general location) to improve our services. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. Beyond analytics, we do not use tracking pixels or other passive data collection technologies. See Section 6 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the contact form strictly for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry. Your name and email allow us to reply. Your message tells us what you need.
  • Internal record-keeping. We may retain your inquiry to maintain a record of business communications.
  • Improving our services. Aggregated, non-identifying feedback from inquiries may inform how we improve our products and services.

We do not use your information for marketing, automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your original inquiry.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.

We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Email delivery service. Your contact form submission is delivered to us via a secure email delivery service. This service provider processes your data solely to transmit the message and does not retain or use it for any other purpose.
  • Hosting provider. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider that may process data as part of delivering the Site to you. They act as a data processor under our instructions.
  • Legal obligations. We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
  • Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via a prominent notice on our Site of any such change.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the information was collected, which is typically responding to your inquiry and maintaining a record of our business communications.

When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it. If you would like us to delete your information sooner, contact us at sales@ayrisglobal.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data helps us improve our services. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not use web beacons, tracking pixels, or any other tracking technologies beyond Google Analytics. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent before deploying any such technologies.

7. Your Privacy Rights

  • Email delivery service — transmits contact form submissions to us.

These service providers are contractually obligated to process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, social media plugins, or embedded content from other platforms.
